Ashlyn and the team at Xpress Auto Glass were fantastic to work with. They were responsive, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish. The quality of the work was excellent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about doing a good job. Good communication, great service, and no headaches. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

April 2025 - I had to replace the windshield of my car at Xpress Auto Glass. I wanted top-quality, so I chose OEM glass. No issues here, everything was done quickly and nicely, no complaints here. May 2026 - I've noticed a small leak from the passenger side of the windshield, so I decided to call them for help. On their webside its clearly stated Q: Do you offer a warranty on the new windshields / auto glass you install? A: Yes! We provide a lifetime warranty on workmanship for all windshields and other glasswork we install on your vehicle. As long as you own it, our warranty will be honored whenever you have a claim on your vehicle glass. In reality, IT SO NOT. I figured that I need to pay $250 just to reseal the glass, PLUS if the glass cracks during unmount, I would be responsible for that and would have to cover the cost of a new glass. What do you think, guys, about such a service? Would I go back and recommend this place to my friends? You know the answer UPDATE: I might be slightly wrong on the date, since my bank cleared out the transaction on April 1st, 2025. Try to search in late March of 2025. Attaching my bank transaction as evidence. Also, search for Work Order #

My windshield replacement was so easy. Only 1 day advance to order. Ashley was quick and reliable to get it scheduled. When the first one came in chipped, they walked me back, showed me, explained the consequences and immediately ordered a replacement. Next day, done.

They ruined my new car.. for what should’ve been a simple windshield replacement, and they did a poor installation and ruined my dashboard. The very next day, I went back to show them, and instead of owning up to the damage, they gaslighted me and claimed it was already like that. This is a car I worked hard for, and they treated me and my property with complete disrespect. No accountability, no apology, just deflection. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your car and your peace of mind, I’d stay far away from this place.

Excellent experience, excellent work and super nice people. Today I had my windshield repaired for $78 at Xpress Auto Glass. I called first, asked questions and they gave really good advice. When I showed up today, I was in and out in like 15 minutes. They looked at a couple of spots and told me one was “road rash” with no repair needed and the other one looked repairable. They did let me know it was possible for it to crack further during the repair and it would be structural not cosmetic. 15 minutes later they pulled it around, repair done and it took me a minute to figure where it was since it virtually disappeared. What a great experience!!
